A family vacation ended in unimaginable heartbreak after an 8-year-old Texas girl lost her life in an ATV accident while visiting Oklahoma.
Kinsley Williams died on June 17 after the all-terrain vehicle she was operating overturned, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The tragic incident has left her family grieving the loss of a child they describe as kind, adventurous, and always eager to make others smile.
Crash Happened During Family Getaway
Authorities said the accident occurred while Kinsley was riding the ATV during the family’s trip to Oklahoma.
According to investigators, the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when the young girl attempted to make a left turn. The ATV rolled over, throwing her from the vehicle before it landed on top of her.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Kinsley was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
Her younger brother was also riding on the ATV at the time of the crash. Fortunately, he was not injured.
